Kwik Careers SMS Terms and Conditions: 

  1. By opting into the Kwik Careers mobile messaging SMS services, candidates agree to receive automated recurring messages and SMS campaigns about job opportunities and application status updates from Kwik Careers on their mobile phone. Recruiting messages will be sent to the number provided at opt-in using automated technology and SMS campaigns. Message frequency varies based off user interaction with Kwik Careers.
  2. A candidate needs to provide their phone number through a form field on the Kwik Trip Careers site and indicate they want to receive SMS campaigns to be opted-in for SMS campaigns. For example, checking a box that says, “By checking this box, I opt-in to receive occasional text messages from Kwik Careers.” If you are NOT a Kwik Careers candidate, to opt-in to mobile notifications via SMS messaging from Kwik Careers, text KWIK to NUMBER and follow confirmation instructions.
  3. To opt out of future messages at any time, text STOP to NUMBER, call 1-608-793-6000, or email us at hrcontactcetner@kwiktrip.com. After sending the SMS message STOP to Kwik Careers, no further messages will be received from Kwik Careers unless otherwise requested.
  4. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at hrcontactcenter@kwiktrip.com or by calling 1-608-793-6000.
  5. We are able to deliver messages to the following mobile phone carriers:
    Major carriers: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Alltel, Boost Mobile, and Virgin Mobile.
    *Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
  6. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency depends on factors such as the user interaction with Kwik Careers website and/or application status. If you have any questions related to mobile/cellular text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
  7. Any attempt to abuse or exploit Kwik Careers messages, may result in the suspension or termination of your SMS and/or candidate account.
