We offer a comprehensive, fully paid, twelve-week training program to all our Assistant Store Leaders. Initial training takes place at a Training Store near your home store conducted by one of our Certified Training Store Leaders. During this time, you will learn the day-to-day operations of the store.
Weeks five, eight, and eleven are held at our corporate campus in Onalaska, Wisconsin with our in-house Training Team where you will learn leadership skills, financial skills, and other expertise needed for the position. The remaining weeks are spent back at your Training Store as an opportunity to practice and develop the newly acquired skill sets from our Trainers in Onalaska.
