Open positions vary by location, but could include:

Guest / Food Service Co-worker:

Provide superior customer service greeting and thanking each customer for their business and processing transactions in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain a quality store image through cleanliness, merchandising, and product availability.

Guest Service Leader:

 To serve in a leadership role in the absence of other store leaders establishing a teamwork approach to effective customer service and daily responsibilities. Delegates responsibilities and monitors results while ensuring that the highest level of customer service is consistently being provided by all co-workers.

Food Service Leader and Assistant Food Service Leader:

To support the efforts of the Store Leader in maintaining a quality food service experience for our guests in a profitable manner for Kwik Trip, Inc. Following a predetermined schedule, prepares and keeps fresh an assortment of food service products and beverages in an appealing and welcoming display. Provide superior guest service greeting and thanking each guest for their business. Provide direction and coaching to all coworkers involved in food preparation.

Food Product Demonstrator:

Provide superior guest service greeting and thanking each guest for their business. Sample new products and promote target items. Generally works a part-time schedule including afternoons and weekends, working approximately 2-3 hour shifts.

Stock Replenishment Co-worker:

Stock truck merchandise in a timely and efficient manner maintaining an accurate accounting of items. Stock and rotate products on shelves and in coolers. Maintain a quality store image through cleaning and maintenance activities.

Assistant Store Leader:

To support the efforts of the Store Leader and lead by example ensuring a quality service experience for our customers in a profitable manner for Kwik Trip, Inc. by working opposite the Store Leader’s hours. Assist with daily operations, co-worker recruitment, training and supervision, merchandising, inventory control, and ensuring that the highest level of customer service is consistently being provided by all co-workers. Assist in maintaining a quality store image by providing a clean store, having quality products in-stock, and being responsive to community needs. Receive training in all areas of store leadership in order to cover any management absences.
