Kwik Trip’s Network Services Department has an opening for a Unified Communication and Collaboration Analyst.


What you will be doing…

As a Unified Communication and Collaboration Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting with the implementation and maintenance of the voice and video communications services within the company to continually support necessary and effective internal and external communication and collaboration.


Additional responsibilities Include:

  • Maintain incidents and tasks within the Kwik Trip ticketing system for the Telecommunications Team
  • Assist with administration and maintenance of the phone system and supporting applications
  • Assist with administration and maintenance of the supporting hardware and phones
  • Assist with telecommunications projects and initiatives
  • Assist with administration of mobile devices
  • Maintain circuit orders for the retail store construction assuring they meet required dates
  • Provide first level troubleshooting for coworkers and business units


You will need to have:

  • Associate degree in Information Technology field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 1 - 2 years of relevant telecommunications experience
  • Strong technical documentation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to meet project and department deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of the following Cisco Unified Communications technologies: Call Manager, Unity Connection, Contact Center Express, Jabber IM and Presence


Even better if you have:

  • Experience with Cisco Social Miner
  • Experience with Telemate Unified Communications Analytics
  • Experience with automation tools such as Akkadian Labs
  • Experience in a VMware virtual environment
  • Experience with advanced call flow manipulation and management
  • Experience configuring Cisco digital and analog voice gateways
  • Understanding of Cisco based technologies practices and procedures for configuration and performance tuning of the Cisco Unified Communications platform
  • Understanding of ITIL framework and processes
  • Knowledge of wireless 4G/5G environments
  • Cisco Collaboration training and/or certification



Work Schedule:  Monday through Friday, daytime hours with rotating on-call responsibilities. Weekend and non-business hours work may be required as needed.
