REAL ESTATE

Full Time Real Estate Development Manager, Twin Cities Area:  This individual will be responsible for assisting in the purchase and development of property for Kwik Trip Convenience Stores in MN. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Locate and evaluate potential sites
• Negotiate contracts and development agreements
• Work with government agencies to attain zoning and plan approvals

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Development or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of retail real estate market in MN.
• Knowledge and experience in the planning and entitlement processes for the development of commercial property
• Basic knowledge of commercial real estate development in regards to survey, engineering, and legal contracts
• Ability to speak and present at public meetings such as planning and city council meetings
• Accurate and detail oriented
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Exercise sound judgment within company guidelines
• Prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple tasks
• Strong time management skills to meet deadlines
• Demonstrate high level of customer service. 
• Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license with excellent driving record. 
• Candidates must reside in the Twin Cities, MN area. 
• Understanding of Geographic Information System (GIS) and AutoCAD is a plus.

Work Schedule: Fifty hours per week; typically Monday through Friday, daytime hours with some evening meetings and overnights.  Flexibility in schedule.
