Kwik Trip, Inc.'s Petroleum Division services our 800 convenience store locations in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois and Michigan. We are looking for a highly motivated, hard-working, and change orientated support coworker. Because the responsibilities associated with this position may change frequently, we are looking for someone who enjoys learning and is comfortable completing a wide variety of clerical and operational/logistical responsibilities. This position does have the opportunity for growth in a diverse number of departments with the Distribution Division.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Observe and record fueling traffic and associated users
- Research, identify, and record service offering variables
- Gather property and construction measurements of potential or current Kwik Trip property
- Develop efficient methods of data collection
- Utilization of manual and multiple technical equipment (laptop, cell phone, ipad, etc.) to input and organize data gathered
- Clear and constant communication between Commercial Sales and Pricing departments
- Travelling throughout the Tri-State area with focus in the region of location; with over-night stays 1-3 nights a week.

- Strong computer skills and ability to operate a personal computer
- Strong time management/organizational skills
- Possess strong typing and data entry skills
- Possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Candidate must currently reside in, or be willing to relocate to the Oshkosh, WI area market.
Work Schedule: Variable. Traveling to site destinations with over-night stays. Rotational weekend coverage may also be required.
Part Time: 20-30 hours
Full time: Min: 40+ hours
