MARKETING
Full Time Loyalty Supervisor, La Crosse, WI: Kwik Trip, Inc. has an opportunity for a creative, highly motivated individual in the Marketing department. The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to interact with a number of departments including but not limited to: Marketing, Digital Marketing, Category Management, Retail Operations, Information Technology, IT Retail Support, and Credit to ensure that the marketing collateral and offer details are executed in a timely and effective manner.
Primary job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversee a team dedicated to growing and enhancing the Kwik Rewards program
- Manage relationships with third party software vendors as well as CPG partners
- Track, measure, and report key metrics of the Kwik Rewards program to manage the overall program performance and its financial impact to the business
- Oversee all communications and promotions within the Kwik Rewards program to ensure their timely and accurate execution
- Work closely with data analysts to measure promotional campaigns to evaluate their effectiveness
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns and projects with various internal departments and external partners
- Partner closely with technical teams (including IT and software partners) to maintain and enhance the Kwik Rewards program/mobile apps
- Identify and prioritize technical issues with the ability to clearly communicate business needs and challenges with various departments
Qualifications:
- 4-year degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
- Sound understanding of Marketing principles and Microsoft Office software
- Knowledge of retail environment to assist in planning, coordination, and execution of loyalty initiatives in retail stores
- Understanding of Digital Marketing platforms (Social Media, Mobile, Web, E-mail, and SMS)
- Knowledge and experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Work collaboratively and efficiently in a team environment across many departments
- Ability to define opportunities and problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, and make valid conclusions; possess excellent math skills
- Be an organized individual with the ability to plan and prioritize work efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Prior experience with customer loyalty and rewards programs
- 5+ years’ experience in Marketing with an emphasis in Digital
- Prior experience leading a team
Work Schedule: Typically, Monday through Friday, daytime hours. May occasionally include evenings or weekend hours and/or overnights.
