MARKETING
Full Time Loyalty Project Coordinator, La Crosse, WI: Kwik Trip, Inc. has an opportunity for a creative, highly motivated individual in the Marketing department. The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to interact with a number of departments including but not limited to: Marketing, Digital Marketing, Category Management, Retail Operations, Information Technology, IT Retail Support, and Credit to ensure that the marketing collateral and offer details are executed in a timely and effective manner.
Primary job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate various integrated communications and Loyalty activities
- Develop presentations, training materials, and job aids for the Loyalty program
- Troubleshoot issues and bugs while collaborating with IT to determine appropriate actions.
- Promote offers through the AMS DEV, QA, and PROD environments ensuring each environment responds appropriately to new offers, programs, contests, and features.
- Manage all vendor sweepstakes and contests related to the Kwik Rewards program.
- Execute a wide variety of details that involve direct mail, e-mail broadcast campaigns, SMS campaigns, customer communications, media advertisements, promotions, and other Marketing plans
- Assist the Loyalty Analyst with overall reporting and analysis of the Loyalty program and its campaigns
- Assist the Digital Marketing team in a variety of activities to support Marketing and Loyalty
Qualifications:
- 4-year degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent combination of education and experience is required with a minimum of three years related experience
- Sound understanding of Marketing principles and Microsoft Office software
- Knowledge of retail environment to assist in planning, coordination, and execution of loyalty initiatives in retail stores
- Understanding of Digital Marketing platforms (Social Media, Mobile, Web, E-mail, and SMS)
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Work collaboratively and efficiently in a team environment across many departments
- Ability to define opportunities and problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, and make valid conclusions; possess excellent math skills
- Be an organized individual with the ability to plan and prioritize work efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
Prior experience with customer loyalty programs and digital marketing platforms is preferred
Work Schedule: Typically Monday through Friday, daytime hours. May occasionally include evenings or weekend hours and/or overnights.
