Due to Kwik Trip’s continued growth and success we are adding an additional Full-Time HRIS Analyst.   While best known for our product and service offerings to our 8 million retail guests each week throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota and Iowa, a lesser known fact is that beautiful La Crosse, WI is home to our ever expanding 140+ acre support campus.  Our La Crosse Campus includes a wide variety of production facilities, distribution center, truck maintenance facility, transportation/logistics, store construction, fuel trading, sales, and pretty much every support department you can imagine a 23,000 co-worker strong organization would have. 

The HRIS team exists to support the software products used to support our talent management and HR functions, as well as to protect the data entrusted to us.  On a day-to-day level, this includes system configuration, reporting, managing permissions, troubleshooting, and other administrative duties.  On a strategic level, this also includes working with HR to identify business needs and provide technical recommendations on how to meet those needs. The HRIS Analyst role is to meet or exceed those expectations. 

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Perform administrative tasks such as configuration, permissions management, and monitoring in HRIS systems
  • Create and maintain workflows to support HR processes
  • Create and maintain system and user documentation for HRIS systems
  • Provide second level support for troubleshooting issues with HRIS systems
  • Develop and analyze reports to support management decision making
  • Provide functional human resource expertise during and after system implementation
  • Participate in Change Management, including review, planning, testing, and communication of change following established practices
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies in HR processes

 

Qualifications: 

  • 2 year degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 years of HRIS or IT System Administration related experience
  • Understands the workflow and process requirements of HRIS or IT System Administration systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to be the subject matter expert in supporting, maintaining, and administering HRIS systems.
  • Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and knowledge of analytical tools.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and negotiations skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical staff at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service, be a good listener and work well with others.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and takes initiative.
  • Outstanding attention to detail with superior time and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully with a diverse group of customers.
  • Ability to learn new content areas and new skills quickly and well required.
  • Ability to work through ambiguous work situations
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

 

Work Schedule:  Monday through Friday, daytime hours plus on-call rotation.  Additional work outside normal business hours may be required in order to meet project/business needs.
