The Store Engineering Retail Facilities Department is responsible for maintaining our 600+ retail store locations. We are looking for a highly motivated, hard-working and change orientated person who is wanting to start their career path by joining our team.

 

Daily tasks include:          

  • Provide clerical support to the Store Engineering Service team
  • Issue, process, and close work orders using ServiceNow and Maximo software
  • Create and maintain Preventive Maintenance plans and service routes in Maximo.
  • Answer and route telephone calls as well as corresponding with service vendors and technicians
  • Research complex problems at stores and communicate solutions with all parties involved
  • Work with all divisions within the Store Engineering department to complete large scale projects
  • Assist vendors, stores, and service technicians in using Service Channel
  • Make good business decisions when reviewing estimates and proposals from vendors
  • Review Inspection reports and take corrective actions accordingly
  • Order and coordinate shipment of parts needed by vendors, stores, and service technicians
  • Keep store specific information on SharePoint Enterprise site up to date
  • Maintain all vendor and service technician store assignments in Maximo and AS400

 

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum two year degree in a business related field.
  • Excellent typing and 10 key punch skills; strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products with advanced skills in Excel
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
  • Capable of being productive with minimal supervision
  • Self-motivated in learning new skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environmental
  • Retail or Customer Service experience

Work Schedule:  Scheduled 40 hours per week, daytime hours, with flexibility. Possible nights and weekends.
