Kwik Trip, Inc. has an opportunity for a creative, highly motivated individual in the Marketing department.  The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to interact with a number of departments including but not limited to: Marketing, Digital Marketing, Category Management, Retail Operations, and Information Technology to develop and execute paid media campaigns across multiple channels.


Primary job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels including search, social media, and display advertising.
  • Analyze budget and spend across all digital platforms to optimize and generate more efficient spending and targeting.
  • Create and execute multi-channel campaigns in coordination with other marketing team members
  • Analyze and interpret campaign performance to report overall results and recommendations.
  • Lead the usage of digital advertising platforms and channels for the most efficient and effective results and recommend new channels/platforms.
  • Coordinate content creation with the graphic designers for all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with online SEO management and reporting with a primary focus within Google Analytics.
  • Assist the Digital Marketing team in a variety of activities to support Marketing and Loyalty




  • 4-year degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent combination of education and experience is required with a minimum of one year related experience
  • 1+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Knowledge and proven experience with online paid advertising channels including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat and Google Ads to execute paid advertising campaigns
  • Experience in PPC advertising and user acquisition
  • Ability to improve campaign performance by testing, using data analysis, and identify key business opportunities through the data
  • Knowledge of core reporting metrics for digital advertising including reach, impressions, leads, etc
  • In-depth knowledge in MS office with specific strengths in Excel and PowerPoint to effectively develop presentations and reports
  • Demonstrated problem solving and project management skills to successfully manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced work environment
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects, campaigns, and ad sets at once to meet deadlines and expectations from campaign timing
  • Work collaboratively and efficiently in a team environment across many departments
  • Ability to interpret complex data to evaluate campaign performance and make decisions and recommendations based on that data.
  • Be an organized individual with the ability to plan and prioritize work efficiently
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Prior experience in digital marketing is required.


Work Schedule:  Typically Monday through Friday, daytime hours. May occasionally include evenings or weekend hours and/or overnights.
