The Communication Center is responsible for supporting the daily operations of our 600+ retail stores as well as various support center departments. We are looking for a highly motivated, hard-working and change orientated person who is wanting to start their career path by joining our team.


Daily tasks include:           

  • Answer and log incidents into the call logging software
  • Assist callers and troubleshoot issues as they arise
  • Route emergency and non-emergency requests appropriately
  • Follow up service requests to confirm completion
  • Answer and route telephone calls as well as corresponding with service vendors and technicians
  • Make good business decisions
  • Ensure guests concerns or suggestions are properly addressed

  • At least one year of Kwik Trip retail experience is preferred but not required
  • Typing proficiency of 30 plus words per minute while remaining accurate/detail oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
  • Capable of being productive with minimal supervision
  • Self-motivated in learning new skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environmental


Work Schedule:  This position works out of corporate support center. Typically working 5, 8-hour shifts (2nd shift, 4pm – 12 midnight) and rotating weekend schedule of every other weekend.
