COMMERCIAL SALES

 

Full Time Fuel Sales Client Executive – La Crosse, WI: Kwik Trip, Inc.’s offers a variety of fuel options to business fleet customers including diesel, compressed natural gas (CNG), unleaded, and other fuels.  Client Executives are responsible for maintaining client accounts by building and maintaining positive relationships with their assigned client accounts. 

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Understand the clients’ business and their needs and tailoring our product offerings and services to meet these needs
  • Ensure company obligations to the client are met
  • Demonstrate and communicate the value our products are adding to the client’s business
  • Inform / sell existing clients other products that may benefit their business
  • Proactively solicit and respond to client concerns and questions in a professional and timely manner
  • Respond to and resolve any client claims or complaints in a fair manner
  • Review accounts to ensure profitability and sales potential are being met
  • Provide client training and education on fuel related products and services
  • Any other tasks needed to ensure good customer / client relations are maintained

 

Qualifications:

  • Prior customer service experience
  • Ability to find success in a changing environment
  • Proven level of exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to represent and promote Kwik Trip, Inc. in a professional manner
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate self-initiative
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and computer skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and sales management software
  • Knowledge / experience with the transportation / fleet / trucking industries and prior phone sales experience is a plus
  • Possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed

 

Work Schedule:  This is an hourly position, Monday through Friday, daytime hours. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Pay Grade: Non-Exempt Salary Structure

Referral Bonus Program Reward Amount (if eligible): $250.00
