The desired individual will be responsible for our carwash chemical program and wash quality at our 340+ carwash locations. Some responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: Chemical evaluations, chemical inventory monitoring, managing chemical maintenance and delivery vendors, site inspections, water quality, equipment replacement/upgrades, commissioning, and other various projects as needed. This individual will also be responsible for leading co-workers and vendors to plan and complete assigned projects at new and existing Kwik Trip Carwash locations. This role has an important customer service component and excellent communication skills are necessary. This individual must live, be willing to relocate, or commute to the La Crosse, WI area.


Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years in the carwash industry and have project coordination experience. This person should have basic knowledge of the carwash industry, carwash equipment, carwash chemicals, and water treatment equipment. Additional qualifications include: strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills; ability to collect, analyze, and interpret information into meaningful results; lead, teach, and persuade others through cooperation and teamwork; ability to provide co-workers and vendors with timely and professional job performance feedback; exercise sound judgment within company guidelines; follow and enforce company policies; meet department deadlines; ability to identify and complete tasks without direct supervision; maintain schedule to complete projects on time and budget; strong organizational skills; excellent customer service skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Office products; valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record.



Work schedule: Typically, Monday through Friday with frequent travel and some overnights. The hours may vary and are based on the needs/schedules of the Store Engineering department. The average workweek is approximately 45 hours. Flexibility in schedule.
