Due to Kwik Trip’s continued growth and success we are adding a Full-Time IT Business Integration Support Analyst. While best known for our product and service offerings to our 8 million retail guests each week throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota and Iowa, a lesser known fact is beautiful La Crosse, WI is home to our ever expanding 140+ acre support campus.  Our La Crosse Campus includes a wide variety of production facilities, distribution center, truck maintenance facility, transportation/logistics, store construction, fuel trading, sales, and pretty much every support department you can imagine a 32,000 coworker strong organization would have. 


Kwik Trip, Inc.’s Information Technology Department is seeking an IT BISA who will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform.  The IT BISA’s primary responsibilities are to:

  • Perform application and module maintenance to include performance monitoring and error identification and remediation
  • Lead ServiceNow upgrade planning and execution to include road mapping, discovery, release note and functionality reviews, instance upgrades, regression testing, and deployment of necessary remediations
  • Manage instance security; user/group access, administration, access control lists, role maintenance, and oversight and audits of instance administrators and users with elevated accounts.
  • Work with functional teams to develop and implement new processes and workflows as well as make approved changes to existing processes and workflows
  • Responsible for the growth, integration, and adoption of the platform by other business units


Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to: Project Management duties - gather project and sprint requirements, business cases, and acceptance criteria to adequately define project/enhancement scope and timelines, as well as define a project plan, project tasks, or sprints and stories; communicate project status, risks, and issues to all project resources and stakeholders; follow Kwik Trip’s Change Management process for all applicable project activities.


Qualifications:  Associate’s degree or equivalent degree from a two year college or technical college in an IT related field, as well as two or more years’ experience with ServiceNow or an equivalent IT Service Management platform. ServiceNow configuration and development experience is preferred.  Candidates should also possess knowledge of the following:

  • Applications supporting the ITSM/ITIL process
  • Workflow Configuration
  • Application UI Configuration
  • Developing information requirements and taking a project from conceptualization to implementation
  • Scripting experience is preferred JavaScript, AJAX, PowerShell, Jelly, CSS, HTML, and XML; SOAP, REST, and Web Services concepts. 


Additional qualifications include: strong communication and customer service skills; strong analytical and problem solving skills; strong project management skills; ability to present and explain technical information to all groups of people (management, users, vendors, technical staff) in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding; ability to perform at a high level within a fast-paced and high pressure environment; ability to effectively work independently as well as in a team environment; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while meeting aggressive deadlines. 


Work Schedule:  Monday through Friday, daytime hours with rotating on call responsibilities.  Weekend and non-business work hours may be required as needed.
