Our state-of-the-art Dairy located in La Crosse, WI processes milk and produces the fruit juice and bottled water for approximately 800 retail stores. Our facility includes three blow mold machines, which makes the gallons and half gallons for our products.

 

We are currently seeking candidates for Blow Mold Operator positions.  As a Blow Mold Operator, you will be responsible for running both HDPE and PET blow mold machines, performing quality checks, sanitation, and machine operations/adjustments. 

 

Tasks include but are not limited to: 

  • Communicate with the management, supervisors and operators on bottle production and production issues

  • Stage finished bottles in trailers or designated storage location

  • Direct feeding bottles to the filling lines

  • Run bagger equipment and typical day to day operations

 

 

Work Schedules:  

  • Sunday through Saturday with rotating days off working 12:00pm to 8:00pm
  • Sunday through Saturday with rotating days off working 5:00pm to 1:00am (includes overnight premium pay of $2.00 per hour for part of shift)

 

Qualifications:  Ability to work on your own or within a team setting.  Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills; accurate/detail oriented; possess mechanical skills; willing to learn and perform a variety of job tasks; possess good problem-solving skills; carry out tasks with minimal supervision; ability to work safely and within food safety and regulatory standards; ability to self-motivate and carry out daily tasks with minimal supervision.  Prior experience is preferred but not required.

 

Physical qualifications:  Stand/walk for up to 10 hours per shift; bend/reach/twist and stoop/kneel/crouch frequently; lift/carry 50 pounds frequently; lift/carry up to 80 pounds occasionally.
